For brides located outside of Canada, you are welcome to connect with your local bridal boutique and have them reach out to us directly. We are happy to collaborate with partnered retailers to create your gown and ensure you receive the same level of service and craftsmanship wherever you are.

Can I customize a Elsy Lore dress?
With Elsy Lore, each gown is thoughtfully made to feel uniquely yours. From refined size adjustments to subtle design details, every element can be personalized to reflect your style, your presence, and the meaning of your moment. We recommend you work with directly to the store in which the dress is purchased and your personalization will be realized. Link: see your personalization options.

CUSTOM SIZING, FIT & DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS

Option 1: Add Coverage:
Add Long Sleeves or Detachable Short Sleeves for a custom sleeve for your desired coverage.

Option 2: Adjust the bodice:
Personalize your gown with a lined front bodice, offered as either detachable or sewn in. Complete the look with a lace-up back, designed for both elegance and a more adjustable fit.

Option 3: Adjust Train:
Customize your gown’s train by extending it , or choose to remove the train entirely for a more streamlined look.

Option 4: Custom size:
Custom sizing based body measurement may be available for certain designs. Please check with your authorized retailer for confirmation prior to purchase.

How far in advance do I need to purchase my Elsy Lore wedding gown?
We recommend beginning your gown journey 9–12 months prior to your wedding day. Each of our gowns is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we suggest allowing additional time for alterations to ensure a flawless, personalized fit.

We are dedicated to ensuring your gown arrives as seamlessly as possible. As timelines may vary depending on the design, fabrication, craftsmanship, and current availability, we encourage you to discuss your wedding date with your retailer early in the process. They will be able to provide the most accurate guidance for your selected style, as well as advise on available options such as expedited production or priority delivery, where possible.

As some gowns can be completed more quickly than others, connecting with a retailer is the best first step. As with all bridal pieces, we recommend allowing sufficient time for both standard production and any bespoke alterations you may wish to incorporate. What sizes of wedding gowns does Elsy Lore offer?
We offer an inclusive range of sizes from US 0–28, thoughtfully designed to celebrate the beauty of every bride and every silhouette. Each gown is made to order with careful attention to fit, structure, and balance, creating a look that feels both effortless and refined.

Where can I view and try on our newest collections?
Elsy Lore gowns are available to view and try on at our partner retailers. In the early weeks of a new collection release, the new dresses are featured as part of our retailer Trunk Show events. These events showcase wide range of dresses for a limited time (usually 1-2 weeks). Visit our Events (）page to view the events information in your area. Once collection samples have arrived for the new season, they are available to view and try on along with samples of past collections which remain in-store.
